I don't see Beretta and Canik on the model list. What am I missing?
We do not make holsters for ANY Beretta or ANY Canik.

How do I adjust the cant (angle) of my HAWG Holster?
- Loosen both screws 2 complete turns using the hex key
- The Double Tap HAWG Nut© will act as a wrench on the inside
- Move the Ulticlip to the desired angle
- While holding the Ulticlip at the desired angle, tighten both screws

How much is shipping?
First Class Shipping within the US is a nominal fee. You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping for an additional $9.78 or to Priority Express for an additional $30.00. We also offer UPS Ground shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We love that you're excited about your new HAWG Holster! In stock items ship from our factory ship within 5 business days (unless noted on the home page). Special and custom orders can take a little longer.
Once your order is packaged and ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information. We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. If you choose USPS, once your package is shipped you can expect the following shipping times based on class of service:
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Also, please be aware the USPS has announced packages may take longer than usual to arrive as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. You can read the announcement from USPS here. While we offer First Class shipping, please consider expedited shipping if you need your HAWG quickly.
If you choose First Class service, please do not call the HAWG team and yell at us. We cannot control the USPS. We wish they operated with our spirit of excellence, but they do not. If you have not seen movement of your package for over 21 days, please email Richard at [email protected]m.
Do you have a store?
No, we do not have a store. We are an online business. The address you see on our website and other materials is our mailing address. Please note that BEAR ARMS in Scottsdale, AZ is one of our premier retail partners. If you would like to visit BEAR ARMS, the team will happy to show you their assortment of HAWG Holsters and accessories.
Can I come to your house to pick up my order?
We love that you are excited about your new HAWG! While we love our customers, you cannot come to our house. Clementine simply will not allow it.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
While we work to always be in stock, out of stock situations can occur. If an item is out of stock the customer will be contacted with an estimated shipping date. If the customer is not in agreement to wait for the out of stock item, then a full refund will be issued. This policy does not apply to special orders and top secret projects which require a clone purchase.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of your purchase. Please note all items labels "custom" on this website are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a description of the issue accompanied with pictures or video. Permission to proceed with the return will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number via email. A copy of the email and the RA is required to be included with each return. See "How do I return an item?" below for step-by-step instructions. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Can I return my custom holster for a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items designated as "custom." While we do not provide refunds on special and custom orders, we are happy to exchange or make adjustments. Please contact us!
How do I know if my item is considered "special or custom?"
Special and custom order items are clearly called out on our shopping pages. Please note that left handed holsters are considered special orders. Red, Zombie Green, and Hunter Orange colors are considered custom and are not refundable. Returns of Purple, Pink, and Tiffany Blue will incur a restocking fee of 50%. While we do not provide refunds on special and custom orders, we are happy to exchange or make adjustments.

Is your return policy the same for the Gozenta?
Due to the low price and free shipping on the Gozenta, they are only returnable in NEW condition. If they are received back to us in NEW condition you will receive a refund for the price paid minus a $10.00 restocking fee. Please follow the return instructions above for returning your Gozenta.

- Start the return process by emailing us at [email protected]. Tell us why you would like to return your purchase, provide your receipt or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant pictures or video.
- If your item is eligible for a return, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and step-by-step instructions for the return of item. You will be asked to pack and mail the item(s) using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will cover first class return shipping costs for errors in workmanship, materials or incorrect product shipped. Please note attaching anything other than the UltiClip 3+ or UltiClip XL to your HAWG Holster voids the warranty and is, therefore, not returnable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for any other reason. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

- After mailing your item(s) you are encouraged to let us know let us know your package is on the way along with a tracking number. Simply reply to the email you received from [email protected]. If a tracking number is not provided, you risk not receiving a refund.
- Once your package arrives and is inspected by our Warranty & Returns team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved we will issue a refund or an exchange.
- If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be remitted to you via your original method of payment or via company check for the merchandise amount minus 20% restocking fee. Please remember that custom, special orders, and certain colors are not refundable or incur additional restocking fees. Shipping costs are not refundable. Also, shipping charges are not refundable.
- You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued or your replacement item has been shipped. Refunds or exchanges are typically issued within 5 -7 business days once a package has been received.
Is your return policy the same for the Gozenta?

Is the Ulticlip included in the price?
Yes. The Ulticlip 3+ is included with your HAWG Holster at no additional charge. You can upgrade to the Ulticlip XL when making your purchase. Many customers opt to buy both the Ulticlip 3+ and the XL for flexibility in wearing your HAWG Holster.
How much of my waistband and belt will the Ulticlip 3+ accommodate?

- Regular inspections and maintenance by you of your Ulticlip product is essential. Inspect the holster for wear and tightness at least once a month.
- Ulticlip is relatively maintenance free. We recommend wiping down Ulticlip with a rust protective lubricant after extended use or after being exposed to harsh conditions that could create rust. A wax metal lubricant was applied to Ulticlip when manufactured.
- If you notice excessive friction after extended use then it may be necessary to reapply a wax lubricant. Wax lip balm works extremely well. Click here to watch our how-to video.
- In the event you find your Ulticlip product to be loose, worn, damaged or ineffective, cease use immediately and replace.
- Should you need an UltiClip replacement, we can provide one for a nominal fee.
- Do not modify your Ulticlip product. Any modifications could result in failure to function as designed.

It is essential for your safety that, before you use any HAWG Holster product, you first receive training in the safe operation of firearms including handguns. Instruction is available from recognized firearms safety training institutions such as the National Rifle Association, 1600 Rhode Island Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20036.

Touching the trigger during holstering or drawing could result in an accidental discharge. Accidental discharges can cause serious injury and even death.
Each time you carry your handgun in your holster, always ensure that you fully seat your handgun in the holster while keeping all clothing and body parts clear of the holster. Also be certain that any straps or retention devices furnished with the holster are functional, and always use them. Never deactivate or remove any factory-supplied retention device on your holster. During vigorous activity, such as running or climbing, always hold the handgun tightly into the holster with your hand.
